Ingredients:

  • 1 eggs
  • 2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Dip chicken strips into egg and then into bread crumbs. Put into baking dish. Drizzle melted butter on top.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
  3. Buffalo Sauce goes REALLY well. Pour into bowl and dip baked tenders after out of the oven.
  4. Crushed Ritz crackers work well instead of bread crumbs as well.
