Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups blueberries

Directions:

  1. 1/2 CUP SUGAR.
  2. 2 Tbsp cornstarch.
  3. 1/2 cup water.
  4. 2 cups blueberries.
  5. 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
  6. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Add water and blueberries. Heat on medium heat, stirring continuously until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Serve over the blueberry and sausage bread.
