Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, simmer the blueberries, water, orange juice and sugar for 10 minutes. Let the mixture cool for 30 minutes, then blend it in a food processor or with an immersion blender until smooth. Stir in yogurt.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze according to mold directions. Insert a popsicle stick into each one before completely frozen.
