Blueberry Pie With Oatmeal Crust

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
  3. Stir in flour, salt and oats.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pat 2/3 of the mixture into an ungreased 9 inch pie pan to form the bottom crust.
  6. Spread blueberries evenly into crust.
  7. Pat the remaining oat mixture onto top of blueberries.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
