Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cook first five ingredients for 10 minutes. Place in a 9 square ungreased pan.
  2. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over zucchini and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  3. Serves warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
