Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Toss Blueberries in 2 T flour set aside
  3. Combine all dry ingredients
  4. Blend cream cheese, lemon, vanilla, milk, and butter.
  5. Add eggs and mix real good
  6. Add dry ingredients and mix in
  7. Fold in blueberries
  8. Bake 18-20 minutes
  9. I serve with butter, can sprinklw raw sugar on top while baking
