Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately, mix well after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss blueberries with remaining flour. Fold berries into batter with cream cheese and lemon peel.
  6. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 baking pan.
  7. Combine sugar, flour, and peel; cut in butter until mixture looks like small crumbs.
  8. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Cool.
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
