Directions:

  1. Blend sour cream and mayonnaise together in a bowl.
  2. Stir in mustard, oregano and black pepper.
  3. Crumble blue cheese and stir into dressing.
  4. Add garlic oil and lemon juice then whisk into dressing.
  5. Pour some of the dressing over spinach and serve.
