Directions:

  1. Place blackberries in a greased 1-qt. baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice until smooth; pour over berries.
  3. Combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle over berries.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees 190c for 20-25 minutes or until filling is bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream.
