Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F.
  2. Chop Uncooked Bacon to pieces no bigger than your small finger nails. If your nails are fake then use your neighbor's.
  3. Mix in a bowl, by hand, Ground Beef, Bleu Cheese, Breading, Egg, Black Pepper, and Bacon. Make sure it is of even consistency.
  4. Spray cooking spray on bottom of dish prior to use. Form loaf of preferred size and shape in baking dish. 1lb mixture fits nicely into a 6x9 dish.
  5. Evenly spread additional Blue Cheese over the top of the loaf.
  6. Season with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
  7. Go crazy with the Blackened Seasoning - to taste - of course.
  8. Place in center of center rack for cook time of 55 minutes.
