Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make stock with ham bone and leftover vegies
  2. Saute diced vegetables until soft
  3. Add spices
  4. Combine stock, vegetable mixture, black beans and simmer for 1 1/2 hours
  5. Add diced ham
  6. Heat through
  7. Puree or leave it alone
  8. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar
