Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients EXCEPT brown sugar in a large bowl.
  2. In a small sauce pan combine brown sugar and light corn syrup.
  3. Heat until just boiling while stirring constantly (do not cook longer to avoid scorching sugar).
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  5. Add peanut butter mixture to dry ingredients.
  6. Quickly combine, then press into an ungreased 9 x13 pan. I wet my hands with cool water, then firmly press the mixture as flat as possible.
  7. Once cool cut into 12 bars.
  8. Enjoy!
