Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix dry in large bowl.
  2. Mix remaining in saucepan and heat till combined. Don't boil.
  3. Pour over dry.
  4. Put in sheet pan.
  5. Cook 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  6. Cool.
