Bisquick Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2-1/2 cups bisquick
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine dry ingredients
  3. Carefully stir in wet ingredients
  4. Pour into two greased standard-sized (6muffin) pans
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes
