Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas (the blacker the better)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sour cream ( heaping tbsp)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas with butter.
  2. Add egg, vanilla and sugar, stir well.
  3. Sprinkle baking soda, cinnamon and salt on top of banana mix and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in sour cream, then flour.
  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
