Bilberry Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Mix milk, margarine and eggs.
  3. Stir into dry mixture until well blended.
  4. Stir in bilberries.
  5. Heat a greased griddle until a drop of water sizzles.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle.
  7. Cook about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes each side.
  8. Makes about 8 - 12 pancakes.
