Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease pan or grill and preheat broiler or grill to high. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl, mixing just until combined. Set aside.
  2. Fold each pickle in half. pressing down to create a fold. Layer with a dice of cheddar cheese in center of each burger, smoothing meat to close up.
  3. Broil or barbecue 10 minutes on high, turn and continue cooking 8-10 minutes longer, until no longer pink inside.
