Ingredients:

  • 11/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 11/4 cup milk
  • blueberries or shredded apple may be added

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and make a well.
  2. Mix milk and egg together and add to dry ingredients.
  3. Add melted butter and vanilla.
  4. Mix till smooth... if adding extras... gently fold in.
