Best Ever Eat-Em-Up Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour , sifted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sour cream, well rounded

Directions:

  1. Sift flour with dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
  2. Beat egg together with milk and sour cream.
  3. Stir into flour mixture. add melted butter and whisk until smooth.
  4. Cook on hot griddle as usual.
