Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Sift Dry ingredients.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  3. Add egg yolks, milk and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Gently fold egg whites into batter.
  5. Pour into preheated waffle iron and bake.
