Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup applesauce (i used raspberry )
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Add all ingrediants together in a small bowl.
  2. Mash ingrediants with a fork until blended.
  3. Enjoy with a glass of milk!
