Beer Beef Curry

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs round steaks ( cut in 1/2 x 2-inch strips)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (12 oz) can beer
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 cup apple (chopped )
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Brown mean and onion in butter, add salt, beer and curry; simmer 45 minute uncovered.
  2. Add apple, coconut and almonds cook 15 minute longer.
  3. Serve on a bed of rice.
