Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat Pot with Olive Oil and Garilc
  2. Add Beef Cubes, Season with salt &n Pepper and brown over Medim High heat
  3. Add Worchester Sauce and Bullion
  4. Add Onions,Carrots, Potatoes, Celery, Peas Cook till almost tender
  5. Stir in Corn Starch
  6. Add Beef Broth and Boil
  7. Reduce heat and Simmer about 1 hr.
  8. Stir in Swiss Cheese and serve wit;h rice
