Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can water
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp beef bouillon

Directions:

  1. Spray cooking surface. Mix together all ingredients in roaster or slow cooker. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours.
