Hearty Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 (13 3/4 oz) beef broth
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced carrot
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
  2. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
