Beef and Onion Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice beef into i inch strips.
  2. Cut onions into quarters.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  4. In a skillet, heat the oil and saute the garlic for a bit.
  5. Add beef and cook until almost completely cooked.
  6. Add onions and stir for a minute.
  7. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook until done.
  8. Add pepper and stir.
