Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix beancurd, shrimps, eggs, potatoes, chilies, coriander leaves, spring onions and flour in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Make patties with the mixture. The size of patties depends on your likings.
  4. Heat oil and fry patties until golden brown.
  5. Serve with a dip.
  6. Try it with the recipe dip I posted before.
