Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix thoroughly. I usually put it all in a jar and shake it.
  2. Use to dip chicken nuggets, fish, or any vegetable you want to deep fry. Remember to blot water or other liquid off the food before you batter it.
