Basic Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Break open the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add the milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add a little oil to a pan, and allow to heat up on a medium heat.
  5. Add the mix to the pan.
  6. When the edges of the omelet start to peel away, add your fillings to one half.
  7. After a further minute or so, fold the omelet in half, and alow to seal for a further minute.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
