  1. Wisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper- put to side
  2. Use margarine to melt on skillet over med heat
  3. Add eggs to skillet- after eggs cook a little bit add spinach leaves flip omelette
  4. Add slice of cheese - finishing cooking and plate
  5. Enjoy
