Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a glass or stainless steel bowl.
  2. Add meat, cover and put in refrigerator. Marinade cubed meat for 2-3 hours. Marinate large pieces of meat longer.
  3. If you plan to use the marinade after removing the meat, be sure to cook it throughly to kill harmful bacteria.
