Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan add olive oil and on a medium heat bring up oil temp( around 1 minute)
  2. Add the onion, jalapeno and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add raisins,tomato,mango and saute and stir frequently for 3 minutes.
  5. Add water and continue cooking until water is almost gone.
  6. Add balsamic and cook another 2 minutes.
  7. Puree and place in a plastic container and refridgerate.
