Ingredients:

  • 5 -6 tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 (16 oz) can chicken broth
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of gephardts chili powder
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in blender.
  2. Pour olive oil in skillet and cook pork.
  3. Pour flour over pork and stir.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and rest of ingredients.
  5. Cook for 1 hour and pour over rice or enchiladas.
