Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium high heat.
  2. Cook onions, garlic and cum in oil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
  4. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or untl lima beans are tender.
  5. Stir in parsley.
  6. Enjoy!
