Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the yogurt, garlic, curry paste and lime juice in a shallow bowl.
  2. Place the chicken into the mixture and turn the chicken to coat it with the yogurt mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and barbecue for 15-20 minutes, turning once and spooning any remaining marinade over them as they cook.
  5. For the sauce, combine the yogurt, mint, coriander and lime juice.
  6. Serve the chicken topped with a dollop of sauce.
  7. Steamed rice or flat bread and a green salad go well.
