Barbecued Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 3 tbsp bacon drippings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into quarters.
  2. Cook in water, salt and bacon drippings until tender.
  3. Pour off half of the water and add sauce made of barbecue sauce, kethcup and red pepper.
  4. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes.
