Barbecued Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb small red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place the potatoes in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with butter and honey. Sprinkle with the chili powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper; toss to coat.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring once. Yield: 6 servings.
