Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. In very large bowl combine ground beef, oatmeal, milk, 1/4 cup onion, salt, chili powder, 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place on 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until no longer pink.
  6. Drain well.
  7. Meanwhile in medium bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar, 1/4 cup onion, liquid smoke, and 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder.
  8. Pour over meatballs.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes more or until sauce is heated through.
  10. Stir gently to combine sauce and meatballs.
  11. Serve.
