Frosted Banana Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
  2. Combine the flour and baking soda and salt and add to creamed mix.
  3. Pour into greased 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. For Frosting: Cream butter nad cream cheese. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat well. Spread over cooled bars.
  6. Store in refridgerator.
