Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk (or soy, or low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp flax seed

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
