Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup low-fat milk (or soy, or low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt)
1 cup crushed ice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon flax seed
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2. pour into a tall glass and serve.
