Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine banana, milk, egg, wheat germ, honey, vanilla and nutmeg. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
