Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) box vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. In a bowl place one layer of sliced bananas, then a layer of wafers,alternate until bowl is full, making sure top layer is wafer.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a medium sauce pan beat eggs.
  4. Add sugar and mix well.
  5. Add flour, milk & vanilla.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Pour mixture over banana & wafer mixture.
  8. Chill about 2 hours.
  9. Serve.
