Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk, scalded

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs for 3 minutes on high until foamy.
  2. Beat in sugar, then add flour and baking powder.
  3. Mix in milk and vanilla.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured 8” pan and bake at 350* for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
