Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs yokes and whites in a bowl (set aside) (optional) add dash of hotsauce to eggs)
  2. Slice banana (length or across, it doesn't matter)
  3. Heat butter in skillet and coat pan
  4. When butter sizzles add beaten eggs
  5. Salt and spice to taste
  6. When eggs cooked well enough to flip... Flip
  7. Put bananas and Cream Cheese on half of cooked eggs
  8. Fold empty half over
  9. Turn off heat and cover for five minutes
  10. Turn onto plate
  11. Spoonful of Sour Cream on Top of Omelet
  12. (Dash of Salsa adds a depth to taste)
  13. Serve with toast, jam and orange slices
  14. Enjoy
