Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2-1/2 cups oat bran
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Prepare pans.
  3. Combine milk, oil, egg whites and bananas and mix well.
  4. Combine bran, baking powder, nuts and sugar and mix well.
  5. Combine mixtures until just combined.
  6. Spoon into pans and bake for 20 minutes.
