Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly.
  2. Add eggs and bananas and mix well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and vanilla. Mix well, add nuts.
  4. Grease and flour bread tin.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 350.
  6. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
