Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until lemon colored
  2. Add to dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add butter and stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into 8 x 12 pan.
  6. Set in larger pan of water.
  7. Bake at 325 for 45-50 min until set like custard.
  8. Serve warm with whipped cream.
