Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend first three ingredients; add peanut butter.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Stir in oats and cereal.
  5. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder; add chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Drop by tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Yield: 9 dozen.
