Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together and set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in milk, mashed banana, raisins and nuts and mix well.
  5. Fold flour mixture into liquids.
  6. Bake in 350 degree oven 25-30 minutes.
